Recovery Treatment Add-Ons
These treatments leverage a blend of traditional massage and therapeutic tools to promote faster healing. Treatments will consist of standard deep tissue massage, and will be coupled with additional therapeutic methods including Deep Heat Therapy, Cold Laser Therapy, cupping and myofascial tools to promote faster recovery. Ideal for areas of pain such as knee pain, elbow pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain and more.
Sports Treatments
Sports such as golf can put a tremendous amount of rotational force on your muscles and joints which is why back pain can be so prevalent. Rotation doesn't just happen from the back - in fact when it comes to the lower back it should be limited - the vast majority of flexibility should come from our hips & upper back. Our sports specific treatments are designed to improve hip flexibility and reduce chronic muscle tightness in the upper back using deep tissue massage and heat therapy.
