Hello, my name is Brandon Pakeman. I started this wellness clinic with the intention of providing a no-rush environment that allows for more personalized, patient-centered care and wellness. I've worked extensively with individuals seeking pain management for lower back pain, stress relief, posture improvement, recovery from athletic or fitness lifestyles, headache reduction, and alleviating chronic tension and joint pain. I also have experience assisting those recovering from motor vehicle accidents. My favorite part of the job is connecting the dots, exploring the relationship between daily habits and pain, and offering a respite from the daily stresses of life.

 Abhishek is a Registered Massage Therapist, certified through a recognized college in Ontario, with over five years of experience delivering personalized care. He has developed expertise in a wide range of techniques, including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage , Trigger Point Therapy and Joint Mobilization tailoring each session to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. 

 Victor studied Exercise Science at the University of Ottawa before pivoting and earning his diploma in massage therapy from Conestoga College in 2026. 

A Kitchener-Waterloo local, Victor enjoys having a positive impact on the community.  Through school outreaches, he gained experience working with a wide range of clients from high performance athletes to patients in remission. He brings this experience into his practice by tailoring his client’s treatments to achieve their goals and help them be their best self. Having studied in French, he is willing and able to answer any of your questions or perform a full treatment in either language.

Victor competed at a high level in many sports, including hockey and water-polo, which he played at the provincial level. He continues to be involved in rec leagues with his friends. 

Dr. Turia Berbash is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor offering naturopathic services to the communities of Kitchener/Waterloo & Cambridge. She began her journey with 16 years of experience as a Medical Doctor specializing in acute and chronic child diseases. Additionally, she has 6 years of Pediatric Nephrology sub-specialty experience and 4 years in Fetal/Neonatal care. Dr. Turia Berbash has always been fascinated by the connection between lifestyle management, nutritional health, and mental health, which inspired her transition to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor. By blending her extensive skills, she assists her patients in overcoming common health challenges, including effective pain management. Her dedication to promoting natural and holistic health solutions aligns perfectly with our mission at South Strasburg Wellness Clinic, where we are proud to have her on our team.

Shawn Master, C. Ped (C), R.Kin. Shawn attended the University of Windsor, ON, for his undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics, with an Honours in Movement Science. He then graduated from the University of Western Ontario, with a Post-degree Diploma in Pedorthics. As an avid runner who enjoys the outdoors, Shawn is passionate about promoting wellness through Pedorthic services and foot pain management.
