How it Works

Simply fill out the insurance form emailed to you after you book and we will direct bill on your behalf. Any remaining fees that aren't covered will simply be charged over the credit card on file.

Please note that not all plans are eligible for direct billing. Please see below for list of plans we can direct bill for. At this time we are unable to direct bill for Medavie Blue Cross & Green Shield. Insurance receipts will be provided for customers unable to direct bill.
